It is full of natural pigments, making coverage on any surface easy to achieve and providing the ultimate degree of durability. Once it is cured it adheres to almost any surface and will not peel or scratch off. It leaves a smooth silky flat finish when dry.
Use our Protect & Seal Top Coat finishes over it. It is flexible and doesn’t crack when dry. Roll, brush, sponge or spray on. It is different than any other paint product on the market. Use on furniture, cabinets, laminate, tile, terracotta, wood, glass, Plexiglas, plastic, ceramics, counter tops, linoleum, metal, and tin.
Directions
Stir, Stir, STIR your paint to mix it well. Shaking won’t properly mix the binders and pigments, and it will cause issues with both coverage and adhesion. When working with latex, thin layers are ideal. With chalk-acrylic, you want a thicker coat for ideal coverage and to allow the product to level properly. Load your brush about 1/3 of the way up (any higher and you risk having the paint get into the ferrule, it can take much longer to clean and misshape your brush in the drying process if you don’t get it all out). Lay the paint on. You don’t need to go over it multiple times; that can spread it out too thin. It’s ok to just get some more paint. Let dry FULLY and assess whether you need additional coats. Here’s a trick - Lay the inside of your forearm on the piece, if it feels cool, it isn’t fully dry. Room temperature ? It’s dry all the way through.
Acrylic-Chalk Paint coverage:
8 oz jar covers approximately 37.50 sq. ft.
