Finally found that perfect piece for Terra Bella's (TB) Crushed Olives. This was a fun update of an 80 china cabinet. It was a slick white with a wooden oak color top and bottom. It had a mirror on the back with glass all around. So thought I would bring it to the newest decade. I primed the entire piece with as the white part was so slick I wanted to make sure (even with chalk paint) it stuck. I used PPG Gripper in a light gray. I sprayed in on as I just learned how to use a spray gun with success (the Homeright sprayer is awesome). Then I hand painted the rest inside my family room (yep - 100% non-toxic and no smell so love that) using Crushed Olives. I took off the mirror and backing and replaced with bead board - painted it in Terra Bella's Stone. I used a blend of 4 parts TB Sheer Liquid Wax to 1 part TB Cocoa Liquid Wax (love this combo and premix to always have on hand). Replaced the knobs w/update hardware and front doors with Poultry Fencing (found at Lowe's).
